Description: Builds package websites with 'Quarto'. The whole site,
        help pages and vignettes included, is rendered by 'Quarto', so
        every 'Quarto' feature works, from callouts to code
        annotations. Functions mentioned in code link to their help
        pages, with hover tooltips.
